Last time I went to the commissary kitchen it was a hipster sausage fest, twenty guys with ironic facial hair waiting totally silently to order or eat. They looked miserable.

The turnover there is very fast.  I've been there when there's a  line and it goes super quickly.  So if you hate the hipsters, wait a few minutes and they'll be gone!

Last time I went to the Nong's Khao Man Gai thread it was a total whiner fest. Three people complaining about things unrelated to the food or the service at the restaurant. They sounded miserable.

Last time I came into this thread there was a hipster complaining in a very hipstery way about hipster-like things.

For me, the take-out experience is at least 60% dependent on the cheerfulness and attitude of the people in line with me. Sorry, Nong's: ONE STAR.
