. Shortly, I will be needing some part-time and possible full-time at the food part of the business. Our hours of operation will be Sun 12-7, Mon-Thur 11-7, Fri/Sat 11-10. We have live music every Friday and Saturday nights from 7-10 pm, therefore, someone would have to be able to work at least one weekend night.I am looking for someone who hopefully knows something about cheese -- or definitely is a cheese lover. We also offer a menu of "small bites", and different salamis -- so some exposure to the food industry would definitely be beneficial. Knowledge about wine never hurts either. After working for a while in the food end of the Horse Radish, one can always overlap with the wine end also.
