
I am looking for someone who hopefully knows something about cheese -- or definitely is a cheese lover. We also offer a menu of "small bites", and different salamis -- so some exposure to the food industry would definitely be beneficial. Knowledge about wine never hurts either. After working for a while in the food end of the Horse Radish, one can always overlap with the wine end also.
