Finally got around to trying Guero last weekend. Been hearing a lot of good things about this cart, so I ordered the carnitas torta.

It comes with chopped onions, pickled onions cilantro, cilantro aioli, avocado, cotija, and shredded cabbage. I actually don't have a lot to say about it. It's a good sandwich, with an excellent lightly toasted telera roll, and good clean flavors throughout. It just didn't taste anything like the tortas I've had in Mexico (or even the ones along 82nd Ave). Like I said, a good sandwich with a Mexican slant to it, but not indicative of actual Mexican tortas, at least in my (very limited) experience. Guero is a good name for the cart.
