Made it in there shortly after 1100. They've got ten beers on tap and several more on deck.

Tried a half dozen assorted mostly awesome beers. They were all surprisingly well balanced. I didn't experience the cloying sweetness that I sometimes get out of barrels aged beers in any of the ones I sampled.

Now at home getting ready for a nap.

Firestone Walker Velvet Merkin 8.5% - I'm not familiar with oatmeal stout. This one made a believer of me. Really a nice beer and maybe the only one I could have had a second helping of.
Block 15 Bon Voyage Rum-aged Coconut Porter - It wasn't as out of the ordinary as I expected. I didn't get a strong coconut or rum hit. A nice porter, but it didn't wow me.
Lost Abbey Angel's Share - 12 % - my favorite of the tasting.
BFM Abbaye de St. Bon-Chien aged in Pedro Ximenez barrels - Great sour beer.
De Struise O.N.E. (Bourbon-aged Quad) - This was my least favorite of the bunch. I thought it had some funky spoiled flavors at first, but it grew on me. Still it was the least impressive effort from De Struisse that I've had.
Boneyard Bourbon Barrel Suge Knite - This sucker weighs in at 14+% and didn't seem the least bit hot. Very rich on the palate.
