Thanksgiving orders are now being accepted at Pacific Pie, officially ushering in the restaurant/bakery’s busiest season.  Fully baked 9.5-inch pies serving eight people can be ordered by calling (503) 381-6157.  Popular Thanksgiving flavors include Traditional Pumpkin, Chocolate Bourbon Hazelnut, Apple Sour Cream Struesel, and Pecan.  All pies are $25 with a $5 refundable pie plate deposit.

New on the Thanksgiving menu this year, by popular demand: Pacific Pie’s delicious flaky butter pastry, rolled out and crimped into a pie plate, ready for you to bake with your favorite pie filling.  At just $5, it's a great time saver during the busy holiday season.  Prefer the DIY route?  Watch Pacific Pie’s video tutorial for a foolproof piecrust here.

Once again the restaurant is also creating Thanksgiving to-go dinners, consisting of Turkey Pot Pie, three side dishes and pumpkin pie.  Each dinner feeds 2-20 people, costs $23 per person and must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.  Full Thanksgiving menu available here.

If that wasn’t making owners Sarah Curtis-Fawley and Chris Powell busy enough, construction at the new location at 1668 NW 23rd Ave. is nearing completion.  While the restaurant is scheduled to open in early December, Curtis-Fawley and Powell will open the NW location on Wednesday, November 27 from 9am-5pm as a pick-up point for Thanksgiving orders.
