Maynard Edge offer's the most all-inclusive sharpening service for not only restaurants and hotels, but also food markets, salons, or any institution that uses knives, scissors, or cutting blades. We currently serve Portland, Beaverton, Clackamas, Gresham, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Tigard, and Vancouver areas. 
  Maynard Edge specializes in knife sharpening. We provide custom sets of sharpened cutlery to the food service industry and commercial kitchens. Our service involves weekly or biweekly supplying and replacing of all cutlery with a duplicate sharpened set. The knives come in personalized sets to fit customer needs.The nature of our premium knife exchange service is a sharpening service specifically designed for the food service industry. Each customer in the program has their own dedicated set of knives—every actually two sets—one that is in use and one that is being sharpened. Knife sets are exchanged 1 to 2 weeks and are delivered to your kitchen by a customer representative. Sets can include as many knives and knife styles as needed and can be changed with the prep needs of your menu. Companies that use our service will benefit in a multitude of ways
