I don't like pork. I'll eat a little chicken and beef. Fish, definitely. No gluten.

I like tequila.

Thanks for asking.

Jill, can you annotate the list above with dietary restrictions. Will make it easier when I start developing the menu.

It's an intolerance. And by that, I mean she's a cilantro bigot. ;)

No restrictions here... but will there be info on how spicy things are? Even just the regular 1, 2, 3 star or mild/med/hot system would be great.

As noted above, my husband and I are vegetarian. Eggs and dairy just fine. Absolutely no other food issues at all. Thank you, Nick!

If I can't eat the food because it literally makes me gag, does it count? ;o)

I'm teasing of course. But it is important is some parts of the cuisine. Sorry you don't like it.

Do we have a time set for this event? I may have to adjust my work schedule. I'm really looking forward to it.

I'll go on record to say there is very little that I don't care to eat, and even then I'm willing to try my least favored foods because that next taste might be life changing.

Let's go with 7pm. People can show up early and chill or have a drink if they want.

I'm wondering if anyone would mind us postponing the dinner one week, until Monday the 14th? Our publisher scheduled the photo shoot for our cookbook to the 4th through 7th in San Francisco. So it would be a great help if we could do the dinner the 14th instead. Also, we should be able to fit the people on the waiting list in. I think we can do about 38 people instead of just 30.
