Fire on the Mountain Buffalo Wings is searching for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join the management team at our Burnside location. The right candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the kitchen and provide professional leadership and direction to cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers.

We are looking for someone who is a hardworking self-starter, who comes to work each day with a positive, professional attitude and leaves the drama at home. Essentials necessary to perform this job include excellent multi-tasking skills, a keen eye for detail, cleanliness and quality, excellent communication skills (supervision, motivation & discipline), a passion for food and a creative problem-solving mindset. An ability to oversee kitchen labor and food cost is a must. We are committed to socially and environmentally responsible business practices.

Qualified individuals will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen with at least 2 years of management or sous-chef experience. Other qualifications include basic computer skills (Word, Excel), knowledge of training procedures, problem solving on a micro and macro level, and ability to take direction from kitchen manager.

Night and weekend availability is a must. Reliable vehicle is a plus.

Salary negotiable. Excellent health and dental benefits available after 90 days.
