So yesterday's kitchen experiment involved using up some mascarpone that was nearing expiration date. As usual, my experiment don't include measures

Basically I melted everything but the egg and the coconut milk on a very low heat. I whisked the egg and added the coconut milk with the egg into the chocolate mixture and whisked at slow speed. Since I didn't like the consistency, I added some flour and turned up the heat a bit. The mixture then started to thicken. So I took it off the heat and poured into ramekins. I let those cool and then put them in the fridge. All in all, it came out like a raspberry chocolate mousse.
