It looks like my OLCC app is up on the web. Erin from Eater has already asked me about it. I applied for a liquor license at the Blue Pig Cafe spot because I am currently in lease negotiations to take over the spot. Many of you already know that I've been looking for a spot for a taqueria for a couple years now and have come close in negotiations before. If I'm able to ink a deal, I'll be sure to post a preliminary menu and give more details. For now, though, it's a taqueria with a full liquor license serving a unique style of street food from Mexico City. Name of the place would be Mi Mero Mole.

No sympathy. You have tons of great stuff in NoPo. Killingsworth & 30th: DOC, Autentica, Yakuza and so on. Then Podnah's, FOTM and more. And Kim Boyce's bakery going in on 50-something and Sandy, pho places, the $1/lb Chinese noodle shop, Gartners, the works.
You'll just have to drive over to Mi Mero Mole like we Westsiders will be doing. At least you won't have to cross bridge traffic to get there.
