I suspect that places like Ocean City and others upping their game, while Wong's slipping, has cut into their business. This is good evidence, though, that Wong's still has game.

After two visits to Ocean City for dim sum, and contrary to what seems to be a growing consensus here, I still prefer the food at Wong's King by a good margin.

The items from the steamed dumpling cart are my staples and Wong's king seems to do a better job with the noodle on the dumpling. Among other things, its a big turn off to me when the dumplings are fused together or stuck to the bottom of the bamboo steamer.

The signs are up on the new Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy location and it's looking like they're going to open pretty soon. Huge backlit sign on the front says "Wongs King Dim Sum."

What is this near (cross street or well known landmark)? I have not seen it on the stretch of B-H I spend most of my time on?

It's in the same parking lot as Target where China Moon used to be.

Thanks. This might be an option for lunch with co-workers.

The West side Wong's King is scheduled to open at 10 AM on Wednesday April 21st according to a sign in their window. They had uniformed waitstaff doing training there today
