Hey all,
Sorry I haven't been keeping up in the forum much, I've been pretty darn busy. I'm jumping into the bagel game too, and not just as an amateur anymore. As of a couple of weeks ago, I'm selling bagels at the Beaverton farmers market. Every weekend.
And they're quite a bit better than the bagels I brought to the taste-off. In fact, I'd say they compare pretty well to Touch of Grace bagels (as they were at the taste-off, I haven't had any since).
For people that aren't really into bagels, I'm also selling a nice pita bread (which has turned out to be really popular) and a sandwich bread that makes really great toast.
So come on by this weekend and grab a dozen. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Good luck. I'll try to come by some time and update my bagel report.
